How I Keep From Killing People

Throughout my day I have to not kill a lot of people -the people I work with, the people I help, the people I drive around. It takes a lot of effort to not kill them. Sometimes I do better than others. I at least keep the body count down to a reasonable, manageable level. How do I do this, you may ask? With music of course...after all, it soothes even the savage beast.

Here's what I've been listening to lately, it's by no means new stuff or complete, just indicative of my current mood:

The Distillers - any album (recently resurfaced as The Spinnerettes, no new album yet)
Yoav - Charmed and Strange
Ray LaMontagne - Till The Sun Turns Black (also has an amazing cover of Gnarls Barkley's Crazy)
The Thermals - The Body, The Blood, The Machine
Eagles of Death Metal - any album (don't let the name fool you, they aren't heavy)
The Mars Volta - any album
Chris Cornell - Carry On (has a really good cover of Michael Jackson's Billie Jean)
The Frames - The Cost (has some new stuff, buy mostly re-release of music that Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova did for the movie Once)

More to come...
